Here was my cycle:
Holiday = overeat
Next day = feel bad, not eat
for the rest of the week = spiral in and out of emotional eating.
For those of you who could relate, the best thing to do after an off day, or holiday is to get back to balanced/wholesome eating where your body is not over fed or underfed. In the nutrition world, balanced or wholesome food is defined by food having both marco and micro nutrients - carbs/fat/protein but also minerals and vitamins.
