AVOCADO PALEO PROTEIN BROWNIES



Avocado Paleo Protein Brownies

1 cup of dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil

Melt together

2 cups avocado

2 tbsp almond flour

2 tbsp vanilla

3-4 eggs

1/2 cup of honey (optional)

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp of baking soda

2 scoops unflavored or chocolate protein

2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder


Preheat the oven at 325 for 15-20, makes 2 dozen mini muffins…


If batter looks mush add almond flour, coconut flour or more protein powder.
