Crockpot: Turkey Chili
Clean, peel (optional) and bake sweet potatoes or potatoes at 375.
Cook ground turkey, tofu or meat with onions in a pan.
Pour tomato sauce, chili powder (I use Frontier Co-Op) Chili mix, black beans and cilantro in Crockpot.
Dump ground turkey, tofu or meat with onions in Crockpot after cooked and let it do its thing. Baked plantains with olive oil and pepper
For a more balanced meal: people can add more if they want
-Add a bowl on unflavored yogurt -Add a bowl of salt -Add a bowl of cilantro -Baked plantains
For a more wholesome meal: people can add: -A bowl of cheese -A bowl of bacon bits or turkey bacon -Baked plantains
All dishes come with kale salad: -Rinse kale and massage until soft with olive oil -Grate fresh carrots -Add sweet onions -Add sprouts -Add sweet peppers -Add cilantro -Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or your favorite dressing -Add almonds or sunflower seeds (optional)
