KODIAK MUFFINS


Kodiak Muffins

  • 2 cups of Kodiak Power Cakes- Protein Packed Flapjack and Waffle Mix or 1 cup almond flour & 1 cup coconut flour  (paleo)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • splash of egg whites or 1 large egg

  • 1 cup almond milk or regular milk

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of mac nut, almond or peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey, agave, maple syrup or sugar

  • splash of vanilla extract

  • bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes
