MEAL PREP IDEAS: 3 DAY SAMPLE


Meal Prep Menu this week includes, wholesome and lean carb combinations of:

  • Okinawan Sweet Potato

  • Spaghetti Squash

  • Brown Rice

Proteins include:

  • Slow cooked turkey with organic Cadia Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

  • Slow cooked chicken with gluten free San J Teriyaki Sauce (sugar free)

​Greens: Local Waimea spring greens mix, purple cabbage, carrots and for some, gluten free croutons by Lan’s Croutons.

​Snacks:

  • Trail Mix combo of cashews, almonds, pistachios, pecan

  • Overnight oats with Cookies and Cream Quest Protein Powder, PBfit peanut powder, Blue Diamond unflavored almond milk and Linwood’s ground flax, sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds and goji berries mix with a dash of cinnamon. (non-paleo)
