MEAL PREP IDEAS: 3 DAY SAMPLE


Meal Prep Menu this week includes, wholesome and lean combinations of:

  • Whole Wheat Spinach Wraps

  • Brown Rice

Proteins include:

  • Slow cooked “teriyaki” inspired beef with portabello mushrooms, sweet onions, Braggs, ginger, honey.

  • Slow cooked chicken lime and carne asada chicken.

  • For non beef eaters, lightly seasoned pan fried lean turkey with olive oil and Flavor God seasoning.

Variety of greens and fats include: Veggies: cabbage, carrot, cilantro salad and kale, Brussel, superfood salad Fats and Flavor: salsa, Wholly Guacamole packs, hummus, pumpkin seeds, cranberries.


​Snacks:

  • Protein/health bar mix

  • King Arthur gluten free cookie mix with chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax, cinnamon, chocolate chips and vanilla extra. Paleo folks, substitute the above with almond flour.
