Slow cooked “teriyaki” inspired beef with portabello mushrooms, sweet onions, Braggs, ginger, honey.
Slow cooked chicken lime and carne asada chicken.
For non beef eaters, lightly seasoned pan fried lean turkey with olive oil and Flavor God seasoning.

King Arthur gluten free cookie mix with chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax, cinnamon, chocolate chips and vanilla extra. Paleo folks, substitute the above with almond flour.
