MEAL PREP IDEAS: 3 DAY SAMPLE


Meal Prep Menu this week includes, wholesome and lean combinations of:

  • Quinoa

  • Brown Rice

Proteins include:

  • Slow cooked “teriyaki” chicken with gluten free “San-J”

  • Slow cooked paleo beef stroganoff with coconut milk, braggs, arrowroot powder, mushroom and onion.

  • For non beef eaters, lightly seasoned pan fried lean turkey honey mustard and garlic sauce

  • Baked herb chicken

Veggies: cabbage, carrot, cilantro salad and kale, superfood salad, local sprouts


​Snacks:

  • Homemade “King Arthur” paleo banana muffins with chia and hemp seeds

  • Gluten free quest protein muffins with banana and peanut butter
