MEAL PREP IDEAS: 3 DAY SAMPLE


Hi everyone, thank you for the amazing support, this week’s meal prep menu includes, wholesome and lean combinations of:

  • Zucchini Noodles

  • White sweet potato noodles

  • Brown Rice

  • Paleo friendly veggie wraps

  • Flour Tortillas

Proteins include: many clients are asking how to meal prep on their own and so to address that I wanted to include a menu that reflected the “quick and convenient” options offered at Costco.

  • Slow cooked chicken

  • Huli chicken with pesto (minimal dairy)

  • Aidelli’s chicken/apple sausage

  • Costco chicken breast

Veggies: cabbage, carrot, cilantro, romaine, salad and kale, superfood salad, local sprouts


​Snacks:

  • Homemade paleo muffins

  • Whole grain muffins

  • Justins almond butter + apple

  • Homemade trail mix almonds + blueberries + Brookeside’s dark chocolate blueberries (minimal dairy)
