Sundays are my meal prep. To prepare for the week I will fill mason jars with oatmeal and other goodness like: chia seeds, almond butter, protein powder, cinnamon or honey. At night I’ll fill one jar with water to soak. (What I put in with the oatmeal depends on what I’m eating with it and how I’m training that day.) However rest assured this takes 5 minutes and helps ensure my crazy mornings of helping Mana get ready for preschool making his breakfast, packing his lunch, loading my school-gym-lunch bags and all that jazz is as fluid as possible.
