MEAL PREP SUNDAY


It is always interesting what we respond to. I respond to diversity and veggies. It may sound cliche but I truly do feel a huge difference when my body ingest a substantial and diverse amount of vegetables. This week I have a mix of organic romaine and hydroponic lettuce (Costco)- radish sprouts, cilantro and  legume mix; as well as carrots and sweet peppers for some bite. I also prepped baked plantains and potatoes, and oats for my carbs. Finally, some cold brew just in case.
