Paleo Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

1 can of pumpkin puree unsweetned

Blend of coconut flour & almond flour mixed in until it looks like thick pancake batter

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1/3-1/2 cup of coconut oil depending on flour

1 egg

honey to your liking


Stick in a Babycakes dessert maker for 15-20 minutes

Dip in melted dark chocolate on top
