Perfectly Balanced Breakfast
Two scrambled eggs 1 rice cake and 1 tbspn almond butter 1 scoop + water of Green Vibrance powder
I define a perfect breakfast as something well rounded, nutritious and flavorful. In truth it has taken me a while to adjust to eating bigger breakfast for the sake of health. Here is one of my favorite go to meals. It is light and ideal if you woke up late, are going to have a heavier lunch and or want to train or do something active after while getting everything you need.
