My dynamic duo, Maximum Vibrance green powder with water (sometimes adding whatever I can grab from the garden too) in the morning and a teaspoon of turmeric and water before bed. Aside from the structured benefits of tons of amazing goodness, the real benefit for me is starting and ending my day with down to earth flavors. I’ve been trying evolve my relationship with sugar all year, from only consuming it before being active and approaching it as fuel to reminding myself what other true flavors taste like.
