SHRIMP OMELET


Shrimp Omelet

  • 3-4 pieces of shrimp

  • sautéed in red palm oil and pepper

  • teaspoon sundried tomatoes & pinch of fresh basil chopped

  • 2 eggs

If the shrimp is already cooked it’s just about letting the shrimp, tomato and basil flavors come out and sit in the heat for a bit before adding the egg. ​
