Stretching for Sanity

Instead of posting some kind of informative sugar or anti love post, I just wanted to share a basic stretch routine that silently screams all kinds of notes on self love...

Overtime I grown to love stretching. I don't do it because I am naturally flexible, I do it because I am amazed at how much stress sits in my body and how simple movement can take it out. Here are some "go to" stretches I do daily.

How did I start- I just played my favorite Sam Smith Song and forced myself to hold each pose for:

3 seconds, in time...

5 seconds, then

10 seconds...finally

I now hold each pose for 30 second and breathe as deeply as I can.
