I’ve struggled with food and body image all my life. As a kid, I was a tomboy. I was never big or small. In fact, by scientific standards, my body was regular and that sense of ordinary translated into not having a real foundation for health or wellness. My health and fitness standards were constantly persuaded by my peers and social expectations. The simple truth is when I had my son I decided that I had enough.

After making excuse after excuse, for why I couldn’t make time to join Steph’s zoom workouts, I put on my big girl panties and sucked it up! It’s been the best thing all around. Yes the workouts are great and awesome but what’s even better is this sense of community that Steph has created for us. A place where we all feel like we belong. A place where we all have a purpose. A place where we all have a common goal to be better than the day before. A place where it’s ok to fail, because we can always rise back up. This is a safe place, with great support from everyone. Steph described in one word would be amazing! She has so much knowledge and wisdom to share. She inspires everyone who's lives she touches, and genuinely cares for the wellbeing of everyone she knows. If you are someone who wants to understand food and how it affects your body and or your workouts, I would highly recommend working with Steph! The best way to learn is from someone who loves what they are teaching. Steph is very passionate about food and people and it shows. I have learned and grew mentally, emotionally, and physically from working with Steph. The things I have learned will help me to live the lifestyle I want for myself. This is the best investment you can make for yourself as long as you are hard working and seriously wanting to make a change!


Steph is such an inspiration.  She is an expert in nutrition, fitness & overall health.  She is the real deal.  She has endures the same struggles and frustrations that her clients do.  For that she knows how to coach, motivate, & encourage accordingly.  I learned a lot in her boot camp.  I continue to follow the sustainable health plan that she helped to design specifically for me.

Some wins I got from her course:
-Lost 6 pounds of excess fat 
-my A1C dropped a point (type 1 diabetic)
-I am a better cook
-I meal plan every week
-My workouts are more varied & fun
